I’m Catherine. I have an amazing dryad wife, and a firecracker daughter. I’ve spent the last 2 years making small, big changes in my life (decluttering and de-owning) and one big, small change (my daughter arrived skin side).
Through decluttering and removing unnecessary “stuff” I’ve found more space, both physical and psychological. I started this blog to share my story and help you discover a mindfully minimalist life and a maximally mindful life.
